The story behind Mood Gardener
Mood Gardener was created from the belief that small, thoughtful steps can help us navigate even the most overwhelming moments.
After years of navigating anxiety and depression myself — and facilitating a peer support group for people living with mood disorders — I wanted to create a simple tool that could help someone pause, reset, and take the next small step forward.
Seeds of Calm grew from that idea.
